To get rid of heaviness in head due to low blood pressure, put your head down so that the blood supply goes to the head area and through it the brain gets required oxygen and other nutrients...one should stand for 3 to 5 minutes with head downwards. One can stand comfortably knees slightly folded.. by putting hands/ elbows resting on thighs and get up after 3 minutes very slowly without jerks... Within 5 to 10 minutes heaviness in head will go away... If not, repeat the exercise for another 2 minutes... This is not to be done by people with high BP... People with low BP can do this exercise daily every morning... And they will not feel any heaviness in head area.
One can repeat this exercise 2 to 3 times a day.
