Hello everyone. I’m following the diet plan for reactive hypoglycemia from Dt. Hema. I have had bodyaches for the last Two years, blurred vision after meals and shakiness and stiffness in hands in the early morning due to reactive hypoglycemia. But after coming in contact with Dt. Hema, I can see clearly improvement in my health. Hand stiffness and blurred vision have gone completely within few days of following her diet and I can see improvement in my body aches, which have reduced 70% within 2 weeks of following the diet.
