People who are doing Gyming can do this exercise to overcome their low BP problem. Use the machine in Gym meant for doing Chest exercise in DECLINE position. Raise your legs and remain in this position for 3 to 4 minutes. Slowly put down your legs and very slowly get up from the machine. Do not get up with a gerk. Do this exercise on a daily basis and your blood pressure will be in control and there will be no symptoms of low BP. People who are not gyming can watch my other video.... please share this video to benefit people with low BP . This exercise is not meant for People with High BP.
People suffering from low BP can do this exercise on daily basis for 3 to 4 minutes and you will be surprised your Blood Pressure will be in control..you won't have any symptoms of low BP..... people who have very low BP can do this exercise twice a day. While standing you can bend the Knees and stand in a very comfortable position. While getting up after 3 minutes or so... slowly get up.. without any gerking.
